Students can contact their tutor/course leader
and ask them to raise a helpdesk call on their
behalf. Please make sure your tutor is clear
about the exact problem you are having and that
they have your full details, including your
student ID and your
date of birth.
Newcastle College Students can also come to the
IT Helpdesk (Parsons 503) during the
following times:
- Monday - Thursday: 7.30am-7.00pm
- Friday: 7.30am - 5.00pm
- Saturday 9.00am - 3.00pm
Skelmersdale and Ormskirk College Students can
visit their Learner Zones in person for further
assistance. You will also need your student ID
card.
